From 23 followers to the leading voice on IoT in Saudi gas distribution.

Blue Gas Arabia · Saudi Arabia · Energy

Blue Gas Arabia is building an LPG distribution business in a market that is modernising fast. It needed to be the company people quote when the conversation turns to the future of gas. Nine months later its LinkedIn had grown fourteen times over, it had a webinar, three white papers, and a list of the industry people who came.

Blue Gas Arabia, energy in Saudi Arabia

The client

Blue Gas Arabia invests in LPG storage, filling and distribution in Saudi Arabia, positioned on Vision 2030 and the modernisation of the Kingdom's energy infrastructure. Cush was its marketing department for nine months: brand visuals, content, thought leadership and events.

Where they started

A dormant LinkedIn page with 23 followers and 10 monthly impressions. No presence on X. No published point of view in a sector where the debate about IoT, smart metering and safety was being had without it.

What was wrong

A new entrant in an infrastructure market does not win on adverts. It wins on being the credible voice before the contracts are awarded. That requires publishing, not posting.

What we did

A full visual system for every channel, with custom imagery and branded video graphics for the content plan, so every post looked like it came from the market leader.

Three white papers: "5 Ways Innovation is Redefining Gas Distribution in Saudi Arabia" (designed, bilingual), "Smart Gas Distribution: How IoT and AI Can Transform Saudi Arabia's Energy Infrastructure", and "Fueling the Future", repurposed from the webinar.

The webinar "How Will IoT Transform the Future of Gas Distribution in Saudi Arabia?" planned, promoted, hosted, recorded, translated into Arabic, cut into snippets and published, with the registrant and attendee list handed to the client's business development team.

What changed

LinkedIn followers from 23 to 323, impressions from 10 to 7,546, engagements from 3 to 201. X built from a single follower to 1,308 impressions and 49 engagements in May. One hundred and forty people attended the live webinar, and the recording on YouTube drew a 22.2 per cent click-through rate on impressions. The client left with a thought-leadership library and a warm list of industry contacts.

The evidence

Every number on this page carries one of three labels, and the period it covers is stated above the figures.

Publish the argument your market is about to have.

The sector was energy. The move was white papers and a webinar on the one question the industry was asking, then distribution to the people who decide. It is how a challenger becomes the reference.
