Inside the department · Chapter five of six · Not sold on its own
Design and video

Our own designers. Our own video editors. Design and video for marketing, trained on your objective, not on awards.

All the design and video for marketing, everything a prospect sees between the advert and the meeting, is made in-house: the email built to convert, the podcast cover, the event backdrop, the deck, the page. We outsource two things only, building stands at events and on-site production, and even those we manage remotely.

Aziz MusaOne live webinar, twenty to forty pieces of content, and why real people beat AI slop.

One recording becomes twenty to forty pieces of content. The team will almost always recommend a live webinar, on Zoom, on LinkedIn, wherever your buyers are. The live audience is the smaller prize. The larger one is the clips, posts, articles and emails cut from the recording, all of it real people saying real things.

In a feed flooded with AI slop, real content from real people is at a premium. It works now. When it stops working, the department will already have seen it coming, because we watch the same trend across every client we have.

How it works inside the department

Brief from the objective. Make once, cut many. Ship everywhere.

Step one

Brief from the objective

Every designer and editor on the team is trained the same way: the brief starts with what the piece has to make a buyer do. An email is designed to convert. A podcast cover is designed to be clicked. Beauty is in service of that, not instead of it.

Step two

Make once, cut many

A webinar, a founder interview or a client conversation is recorded once and multi-sourced: short clips, quote cards, an article, an email series, a carousel. Twenty to forty assets from one hour.

Step three

Ship across every channel

The same idea lands on LinkedIn, in the inbox, on the site and in the sales team's hands in the forms each channel needs. Nothing is made for one post and forgotten.

One recording, many assets

The webinar is the raw material, not the output.

One live webinarsixty minutes, recorded 12 to 20 short clips for LinkedIn and Instagram 6 to 8 quote cards 1 long article in the speaker's name 1 email series to the list 1 carousel 1 podcast episode 1 section of the next white paper Sales follow-up material
Twenty to forty assets from one recording is the department's working range on client accounts. The exact count depends on the length and density of the session. Cush-measured, 2025 to 2026.
In-house, on purpose

Freelancers are the exception, and they are people we already know.

Design, video editing, search and paid media all sit inside Cush. When we do bring someone in, for a stand build or a shoot on your premises, it is a person we have worked with before and whose work we will put our name to. Nothing you receive was brokered.

What lands each month

The session

The webinar, interview or shoot the month's content is cut from, planned and run by the department.

The assets

Listed by type and channel, with the objective each one serves. Counted, because volume without purpose is the thing this site argues against.

The line in the report

Which pieces produced replies, downloads or meetings, and what that tells us about next month's session.

Part of the department

Design and video come with the department. They are not sold without it.

A studio will make you something beautiful. The department makes you something beautiful that has a job, and then reports on whether it did the job.
