Cush Digital · Your outsourced marketing department · Saudi Arabia, UAE and beyond

Your marketing is producing content,
not customers.
An outsourced marketing department fixes that.

Most marketing never touches the business. It produces posts, impressions and monthly reports, and the firm grows on referrals as if none of it existed. Cush Digital becomes your outsourced marketing department: strategy, execution and one outcome we are accountable for, run by a team that has done it across more than twenty countries.

Nine short screens. You get a written read on where your marketing leaks revenue, whether or not we ever speak.

Activity is not impact. Somebody has to own the outcome.

The person who runs it

Twenty five years in digital marketing. Three companies turned around. Four thousand marketers trained.

As chief executive of Blackbird plc, Aziz took a UK-listed software business from years of decline back to growth, raised GBP 8m and saw the share price quadruple in twelve months. He built Cush Digital because he had sat on the buying side of agency work and watched it produce reports instead of results. Clients in more than twenty countries later, the average client still stays two and a half years.

He engages directly through the fractional leadership tier. Everything else is run by the department he built and trained in Aswan.

Why it happens

You were sold activity. You needed impact.

Every client we have taken on in Saudi Arabia came to us after an agency, sometimes two, had produced a year of content with no effect on the business. That is not bad luck. It is what happens when social media is bought as if it were marketing.

01

Social media is one tool inside marketing. Most firms buy it as if it were the whole thing.

Then they judge marketing by what social media can deliver, which is attention. Attention is not a client. If you are buying posts and expecting growth, the disappointment was built in at the purchase.

02

Posts about your business stopped working years ago.

What moves a buyer now is a point of view they cannot get elsewhere: a white paper with real research in it, a webinar, a podcast, the founder on camera saying something worth hearing. Social distributes that. It does not replace it.

03

Nobody owns the outcome.

The agency owns deliverables. Your sales team owns the pipeline. The gap between the two is where the budget goes. Marketing done well is not that complex: agree the one thing that would change the business, then work backwards from it.

The alternative

We are your marketing department.

Strategy, execution and accountability for one agreed outcome, run end to end by people who have done it before. Four named people on your account: an account manager, a digital manager who owns the strategy, a growth manager and a social media manager. Behind them, our paid media, SEO, design and video editing teams. One department, one outcome, one monthly conversation about whether it moved.

Owns the outcome

Strategy

The one thing that would change your business this year, who has to hear from you for it to happen, and the route from first contact to signed contract. Reviewed monthly against that outcome, never against reach.

Earns the hearing

Thought leadership

White papers built on primary research, webinars, podcasts and founder content. The work a buyer remembers you for. Social media carries it to them; it is not the product.

Fills the pipeline

Paid media

Meta, Google and LinkedIn, run to a cost per qualified lead you agree in advance. Media spend is yours and separate from the retainer.

Gets found

Search, in Arabic and English

Our own SEO team, working the commercial terms your buyers type in the language they type them. No blog volume for its own sake.

Looks the part

Design and video

Our own design team and video editing department. Everything a prospect sees between the ad and the meeting, built to convert rather than to decorate.

Tells the truth

Reporting on what matters

One page a month: the outcome we agreed to move, whether it moved, and what changes next. Never a forty-page deck about reach.

The scope rule is one sentence: if you would expect it of your in-house marketing department, we do it. Our test is simple too. When you set next year's budget, our line is the one nobody argues about, because it solves the biggest problem you have. Clients who outgrow us usually do so because we built and trained their own team. We count that as a result. See the first ninety days

Travel and tourism representation · GCC

From pandemic panic to a million dollars of new annual revenue.

Gulf Reps represents tourism boards in the Gulf. When travel stopped in 2020, so did the pipeline. We ran primary research into how GCC travellers would choose destinations after COVID, published it as a white paper, and put the firm in front of every tourism board that needed the answer.

Management consultancy · UAE and Saudi Arabia

Eleven qualified leads in a single month, after a pivot the data demanded.

MeGuide Consulting had no brand, no channels and no pipeline, and asked for all three. Eight months later it had a brand book, five channels, a website Google could finally read, and a lead engine that found its market on the second attempt.

Thirty guest posts on sites with authority above fifty. Seventy keywords up. Two new number ones.

Sell Your Motors is a Dubai car-buying service competing with far larger marketplaces. It cannot outspend them on ads. It can outwork them on search, and November 2021 was the month the outworking showed.

What it costs

One department, for the cost of one hire.

Marketing is not that complex when it is done well, and we do not charge as if it were. Retainers are sized to the business: number of markets, languages, content volume, and whether paid media is in scope. There is a floor, and there is no ceiling we hide.

Retainers start fromUSD 3,000 a month

Media spend is separate and always yours. Fractional leadership, where Aziz is personally in the business, starts from USD 5,000 a month.

Where we have done it

The sector changes. The problem does not.

A gym chain owner and a consultancy partner are the same buyer in one respect: both were sold activity and got no revenue. One line of proof for every sector we work in, each linked to the case study behind it.
