Eleven qualified leads in a single month, after a pivot the data demanded.

MeGuide Consulting · UAE and Saudi Arabia · Management consultancy

A consultancy with no brand, no channels and no pipeline asked for all three. Eight months later it had a brand book, five channels, a website that Google could finally read, and a lead engine that found its market on the second attempt. The first attempt is in the report too.

The client

MeGuide Consulting advises small and medium businesses on operations, organisational development and financial management across the GCC. Cush built the firm's marketing from a standing start: brand, channels, content, website, search and lead generation.

Where they started

No brand book, no profile, no proposal template, no social presence, a website with a static sitemap that hid every blog post from Google, and a sales team with nothing to send.

What was wrong

Two problems, in order. First, nothing to point a prospect at. Second, once there was, the first target market did not respond the way the plan assumed, and the honest choice was to stop and re-aim rather than keep spending.

What we did

Brand book, a Big Four inspired identity upgrade, company profile, proposal template in two design versions, email signatures and business cards. Five channels launched, posted almost daily, with a LinkedIn newsletter and an animated website hero.

Website restructured, GA4 and Tag Manager installed, Arabic translation begun, and the static sitemap replaced with a dynamic one in June, after which blog posts were indexed for the first time and began ranking within a week.

Lead generation in three phases: LinkedIn outreach and a webinar (33 attendees, first two leads), a UAE tax white paper and a $100 Meta test (two leads, both unresponsive, campaign paused), then a pivot to Saudi Arabia with Arabic video creative and three service-led sequences.

What changed

Sixteen leads over the engagement, eleven of them in July 2025 from the Saudi relaunch alone. Reach of 215,549 and 11,545 interactions across channels. Website engagement rate up from 42.7 per cent in March to 53.91 per cent in June with pages per session at 2.13. The firm left with every asset, template and source file it needs to continue on its own.

The evidence

Every number on this page carries one of three labels, and the period it covers is stated above the figures.

Treat your first market as a hypothesis to be tested.

The sector was consulting. The move was building the assets first, testing the market with a small budget, and moving the whole programme when the data said so. The pivot, not the persistence, produced the pipeline.
