Show up when a buyer types the question or asks an AI. SEO and GEO, in the language they use.
Search inside the department, SEO and GEO, is not a blog schedule. It is a short list of commercial terms your buyers actually use, in Arabic and in English, and the pages that deserve to rank for them. Plus the newer version of the same problem: showing up when a buyer asks an AI tool who to call.
We ran the volume experiment on ourselves. Over several years this website published around four hundred articles. In the seventeen months before this rebuild they earned thirty five clicks from people who were not already searching for our name, and in September 2025 Google's spam update marked exactly that kind of site down.
So when we say search is not a content schedule, it is not a position. It is the receipt.
Few pages. The right terms. Both languages.
Find the terms with money behind them
We pull what your buyers type in Saudi and UAE databases, in both languages, and keep only the terms a business can rank for at its current authority. Ambition is checked against difficulty before a word is written.
Build the page each term deserves
One page per commercial intent, written to answer the buyer, not to hit a word count. Arabic pages are written as Arabic pages against Arabic terms. Nothing is translated, because translated pages target nothing.
Earn the authority the pages need
Rankings above a certain difficulty are decided by who links to you, not by what is on the page. Digital PR, real directory placements and third-party mentions run alongside, because without them the best page in the world stays on page three.
An Arabic query is not an English query with the words swapped.
Commercial, competitive, and fought over by every agency in the region. Winnable, but slowly, and only with authority behind the page.
"The best marketing companies in Riyadh." Higher volume than the English equivalent and a fraction of the competition, because almost nobody writes the Arabic page properly. This is where a Saudi business ranks first.
The department writes the Arabic set from the Arabic keyword data and the English set from the English data. The two lists overlap less than most people expect, and the Arabic one is usually the cheaper win.
When the buyer asks ChatGPT instead of Google.
A growing share of buyers now ask an AI assistant for a shortlist before they search at all. Those tools recommend the firms they can read about clearly: a plain description of what you do, who for, and evidence that it worked, on your own site and in places the tools trust. The work overlaps heavily with good search. The department treats the two as one job with two audiences, and reports on both.
The pages
New commercial pages when a term justifies one, and the existing pages kept sharp. Not a volume target.
The authority work
Mentions, placements and links earned that month, listed by name, because these are what move rankings.
The line in the report
Which terms moved, which enquiries came from search, and what we do next. One section of the one page.
Search comes with the department. It is not sold without it.
If search alone is what you want, we are the wrong firm and we will say so on the call. If you want a department that includes it, book one.
