One month from an outsourced department: a website benchmarked against the Big Five, a bilingual profile, a white paper and a pitch to South Africa.

For a Riyadh consultancy, August 2025 was not about reach. It was about arriving in every room with the right document. This case shows what a marketing department produces in a month when the brief is credibility.

01

The client

Ojoor Business Solutions is a management consultancy in Riyadh, working across management, HR, digital transformation, project management and legal services. It is not the HR software company of a similar name. Cush ran its marketing department: web, collateral, thought leadership, proposals and social channels.

02

Where they started

A consultancy whose ambitions ran ahead of its collateral. An ageing website, a profile that did not match the current proposition, and opportunities in CSR and export markets that needed documents to exist before a meeting could.

03

What was wrong

A consultancy is judged on its documents before it is judged on its advice. When the profile, the site and the proposal do not match the level of the firm you are pitching, you lose before you speak.

04

What we did

A new website built with the client's technical team and benchmarked against the websites of the Big Five consulting firms, delivered for collaborative review.

New company profile in Arabic and English, business cards, and a unified email signature for the whole firm.

A technical CSR event proposal, and a due diligence presentation, "Opportunities in the Water Sector in South Africa", prepared with a South African partner for presentation to the Saudi Export Development Authority.

A white paper on quality of life in the Saudi workplace, positioning the firm on the national conversation it advises on.

05

What changed

Every document the firm needed for the next quarter's conversations existed by month end, to a standard set by the largest consultancies in the world. Social channels, launched in the same period, reached 116 followers and more than 2,000 people; a small number, reported as a small number, because the objective was the rooms, not the feed.

06

The evidence

Every number on this page carries one of three labels, and the period it covers is stated above the figures.

The mechanism, for your business

Arrive with the document the room expects.

The sector was consulting. The move was treating collateral as a product and producing it at the level of the firms the client competes with. It is unglamorous and it decides pitches.
