Six channels, a 44-page bilingual website and a named-buyer database of Makkah's luxury hotels, in four months.
A Jeddah furniture manufacturer with no digital presence wanted to furnish the hotels of Makkah. In four months it received the infrastructure a sales team needs to do that, and the assets to keep it running without an agency.
Period: March to June 2026, end-of-service report. Every figure is taken from the client report and labelled with its source. No figure has been rounded upward.

The client
Senam manufactures furniture in Jeddah. Its growth route is business-to-business supply to the hotels of Makkah, under a "Made in Saudi" positioning. Cush built its digital foundation and then its commercial infrastructure, and handed both over as a working system.
Where they started
Nothing online. No channels, no site, no list of who to sell to, and international raw-material suppliers who communicate on a platform the company had not set up.
What was wrong
A furniture maker does not need an audience. It needs the forty people who sign purchase orders at the hotels it wants to furnish, and a website that can answer their due-diligence questions in both languages before the first meeting.
What we did
A unified visual identity across six channels, a Linktree hub, a WeChat business profile for supplier communication with Chinese manufacturers, and Snapchat activated, all handed over for the client's own team to run.
A B2B database of the luxury hotels of Makkah, including Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel, Novotel, Makarem and Snood, segmented by general manager, director of operations and purchasing officer, with direct email, phone and LinkedIn for each.
A 44-page bilingual sitemap and full copy: a B2B funnel to catalogue downloads and quote requests, a B2C ecommerce funnel to cart and checkout, "Made in Saudi" and Vision 2030 compliance threaded through, WhatsApp and click-to-call on every contact layout, and pre-coded 301 rules to protect the domain at launch.
What changed
Six live channels with a combined Facebook and X reach above 51,400, LinkedIn at 151 followers, and 2,618 video views of factory craftsmanship across TikTok and YouTube. A website blueprint ready for development, a buyer database ready for outbound, and a supplier channel ready for use. The engagement concluded as planned with a full technical handover.
The evidence
Every number on this page carries one of three labels, and the period it covers is stated above the figures.
Build the machine, then hand over the keys.
The sector was furniture manufacturing. The move was infrastructure over impressions: the buyer list, the bilingual site, the supplier channel. A department that builds assets leaves the client stronger when it leaves.
