The client
DARS is a fire safety consultancy in Makkah whose technical scope runs from electrical power systems protection to doors and joinery. Cush runs its marketing: Arabic technical content, search, video, LinkedIn outreach from the founder's own account and the corporate channels.
Where they started
Real technical credentials and almost no findability. The service its buyers search for in Arabic was on page three of Google. Corporate channels posted, nobody replied.
What was wrong
Procurement engineers do not browse. They search a precise phrase, in Arabic, and shortlist from page one. A firm that is not there is not considered, however good the work.
What we did
Technical articles in Arabic aimed at the exact service phrases, starting with power systems protection and, in May, wooden doors. On-page work to secure the position once won.
LinkedIn outreach through a senior engineer's own account with a sequenced tool, so a real person opens the conversation rather than a brand page.
A sustained video cadence on YouTube and TikTok showing projects and process, which the audience in this sector watches more than it admits.
What changed
The target keyword moved from position 32 to position 3. Search delivered 757 clicks from 109,000 impressions. Connection acceptance ran at 53.5 per cent and produced nine active conversations. YouTube views rose 80.69 per cent and TikTok views 83.31 per cent. June's plan: a project-showcase newsletter to the professional network built by the outreach.
The evidence
Every number on this page carries one of three labels, and the period it covers is stated above the figures.
Be on page one for the phrase your buyer types, in the language they type it in.
The sector was fire safety consultancy. The move was Arabic-first technical search content, defended once won, and outreach from a person rather than a logo. It transfers to every B2B firm whose buyers search in Arabic.
